Vinavanti House Recipes Now Online

It's been a long time coming, but we've launched our Vinavanti House Recipes online!

We've started with four recipes that you can find in our Pairing section - two for La Zingara (Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Basil and Balsamic Peach Reduction and Pan Seared Scallops in Beurre Zingara) and two for The 12 Bar King (Oven-Roasted, Dry Rub Pork Ribs with Blackberry Barbeque Sauce and Smoked Ham Steak and Spinach Salad with Red Wine and Shallots).

Each recipe is prepared by our vintner to ensure that it pairs perfectly with each of our wines. You can review ratings and comments left by fellow wine and food lovers, and leave your own.

We will be adding more recipes every couple of weeks. Give them and try, and let us know what you think!

In the next couple of months, we'll also launch our Food and Wine Video Series. In each segment, we'll cook one of our house recipes, and discuss a different wine topic. Sign up for our email newsletter to keep an eye out for the upcoming launch announcement.
